I was named after a character from the eighties TV show Dine asty. That character's name was Fallon. Although I have never seen the show, I have heard plenty about her to know that she is totally oppositte of me. Basically, she was a troublemaker, and according to my U.S. history teacher in high school, she was laying in bed with some guy the very first sceen of the show. Gives a good indication about what the show is about, doesn't it? Anyway, just curious as to if any of u r named after TV characters or know anyone that is.
It's a pretty name though. Hopefully your parents named you after her because they thought the name was pretty.
An older man I know named his daughter Mindy, after the character in the 70's sitcom Mork and Mindy.
My name that I've gone by since I was only a couple months old is Pipi. My older sister started calling me that. It obviously came from Pipi Long Stockings. I haven't seen the movie or tv show or read the books though.
I'm named, indirectly though, after BBobbie, from The Railway Children by E. Nesbit. She was played by Jennifer Agutta.
